The seven woods used are American white oak, French oak, Spanish oak, sherry oak, port oak, Madeira oak, and bourbon oak. The whisky is then blended together and bottled at 40% ABV. The whisky has a sweet and spicy aroma with notes of honey, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with flavors of caramel, toffee, and oak. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of smoke.
